The service process here really needs to be improved. I made a service appt a full month prior. Day of the appt, as I drop off the car, they tell me “we’re running 3 days out on appts”. In other words, t I made a service appt a full month prior. Day of the appt, as I drop off the car, they tell me “we’re running 3 days out on appts”. In other words, they won’t even look at my car for 3 days. What in the heck did I even make an appt for then? Do u even understand what an appt is? In my case, the car isn’t my daily driver, so I could afford the vehicle down time. Probably not the case with most people. More
When the service tech offered to rotate tires, I declined & told him that the tires were new just two weeks ago & I did not want the tires rotated. But the tires were rotated anyway, while I waited. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Broadway Dodge dealership and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Having purchased three cars from them over the years, this encounter was par the Broadway Dodge dealership and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Having purchased three cars from them over the years, this encounter was particularly disheartening. While they eagerly encourage you to make your initial car purchases with them, when your vehicle requires service, they are quick to divert you elsewhere. This contradiction is glaring.Today, when my new car broke down in the middle of an intersection, I expected prompt and efficient assistance, especially considering our longstanding relationship with the dealership. Unfortunately, the reality was quite the opposite. The staff displayed a shocking lack of concern and urgency, leaving me feeling utterly abandoned in a time of need. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this dealership and seek assistance elsewhere. The complete absence of urgency and care for customers is nothing short of disappointing. It is my sincere hope that others are spared the frustration and inconvenience that I experienced. More

I bought a 2017 Durango R/T from them and by 2022 the AC stopped working. Had to pay big bucks to have it repaired by them. From the day I got it back the AC made a gurgling sound. When it finally got warm in July of 2023 I started using it again and the gurgling got worse. I tried calling many times and could never get through to a service person to ask if I should be concerned. Then the AC stopped producing any cold air. I've tried everything to reach them with no luck. I tried to schedule an appointment online and they had no availability for at least THE NEXT 3 YEARS.Should be covered by warranty but no way to schedule an appointment. I have purchased several cars from them over the years. Never again. More
