Before I get on with my review, I’d say it has been a while since my truck was in for repair and I understand that. But anyhow terrible service center, much better learning off of YouTube how to repair it your self. I took my truck in for a large repair dealing with the camshafts and what not. After I received the truck the engine cover was missing, master flow sensor wasn’t connected and some ac lines had missing caps. I wasn’t too worried especially since I did not feel like waiting months to schedule another appointment so I decided to connect the sensor and I was off. Well a year and some time later my truck starts acting up acting. I come to find out one whole side of my engine has missing ignition coil screws and loose valve cover screws. I understand it’s been a while but anyone with common sense knows that only happens when the job is done wrong. So I call the service center and received no help at all!! AT ALL. I wasn’t asking for a rebuild or refund but it would’ve been nice to hear anything other than the manager blaming me. Or saying in his expert opinion (sometimes screws come loose). I guess I should check every screw on the truck to make sure they’re still tight. The whole call after about 30 seconds was him basically insinuating that the client should make sure the mechanics did their job correctly before too much time passes???! So I definitely don’t recommend this place at all. I guess they expect you to double check their work. Don’t bother with the GM phone number. Here’s mine if it’s that important. 720 245 8933 More

This issue has been probably a seven month long ordeal, I have an exhaust manifold leak. I scheduled my truck to be looked at around 58k miles for a ticking noise. When I arrived they said that this was only have an exhaust manifold leak. I scheduled my truck to be looked at around 58k miles for a ticking noise. When I arrived they said that this was only for an oil change which I just had about 1,000 miles ago. I would have to schedule another appointment to have this looked it and they would need the truck for a couple days. Of course the appointment is months out, so I bring it back in at 64k miles now its out of warranty. They don't have the parts and call me later to say come get the truck this is after I was told to rent a car for three days. October 23 they receive the parts after a few months on order, I make the appointment to get my truck back in for today December 11th at 9:00 AM. On December 10th I get a text hat says "your requested appointment for your 2019 Ram 1500 on 12/11/2023 at 09:00 at Autonation Dodge Ram Broadway has not been confirmed by the dealership. Please call the dealership to confirm the appointment." So I start calling about 7:45 AM to ask what's going on, I talk to a lady and she says there's nothing for you on the books and transfers me to someone else. I leave a message. I continue to call about every 30 minutes. Finally at 10:30 AM i talk to someone in service and he says you had an appointment at 9:00 and now its 10:30. I tell him about the text and he says we aren't open on Sundays and it didn't come from us. I said I have a text chain of this entire deal for months now and its from you guys. He then starts telling me they new nothing about this and nothing will be covered by warranty. This dealership is totally untrustworthy! More
The repair and warranty work was well done. The electronic method of communication (text and email) is OK but should not be used to replace the actual service advisor communication.
