Funny how no manager gave a crap when I was there, but now you put on this public forum that you care. What a joke! I don’t need to hear excuses from your general manager. Your business had the opportunity to resolve things to my satisfaction the day of, but chose not to. I will permanently take my business elsewhere. Good luck to anyone who takes their vehicle here for service. You’ll be on here blasting the horrid customer service too!!!!
