Terrible service department! They had my truck for over 5 weeks without doing anything. There was no way to get ahold of anyone from the service department. Multiple unanswered calls and voicemails with the only communication coming from the sales team trying to get me to buy a new truck. Finally had my truck towed to another automation for service. 0/10, don't buy or get service here. More

Liam and Jeff went. above and beyond to help me. Went in to finance my Warlock and walked away with a Brand new Bighorn. The entire staff is always so friendly. I boug above and beyond to help me. Other dealerships treated me like a "woman" and told me to bring in my husband and we could talk further---Juan at Brandon Dodge did not treat me that way and I bought A Dodge Warlock which I Loved, but now I have upgraded and love my new Truck. Eh. . they said the car was "detailed" but there was sticky old finger food on the wheel, and shifter. The car didn't have mats, was missing a storage cov . they said the car was "detailed" but there was sticky old finger food on the wheel, and shifter. The car didn't have mats, was missing a storage cover on the dashboard, has a chip in the windshield, only one key fob, and most importantly, the brakes sound like they are grinding.. I think honestly this car was purchased from a rental place and just flipped for a profit with zero inspection or care put into it my this dealership. That's just my honest review. More
