We had two significant problems that were eventually corrected and one that hasn't been, a full two months after purchase. The first problem was a doubled-up $698 "D & H" fee. It was specifically listed as being included in the selling price of the car, yet showed up as a separate charge on the first iteration of the invoice. That was corrected when I pointed out the apparent "error". The second problem was an outrageously expensive $299 installation of a 15 or 20 dollar "SafeStop" blinking 3rd brake light modification, allegedly made to all cars that Brandon sells. When I said I didn't want it, I was told it would not be an option in this case, as it was already installed. Okay..... except when the car was actually delivered, there had been no such modification made. I did eventually receive a refund check for that $299. Finally, upon delivery, I discovered the car had an aftermarket window tint applied to all side and rear windows. Having driven the car a couple of days and nights and finding it *very* hard to see out (or read mirrors), I stopped by the local police department and asked them to do a tint check with their VLT meter. Incidentally, Colorado requires a minimum 27% VLT and Kansas (the delivery location) requires 35%. The windows measured exactly 5%... not a typo... *five percent*. I've asked repeatedly to be compensated for the hours I spent removing the highly illegal tint (and residue) from all door windows and the back glass, which really difficult. No joy, so far. More
