I have never left a review of a dealership before, but this was by far the best purchasing and vehicle ordering experience I've ever had. Payton was kind, prompt, eager to help, and enthusiastic about wha this was by far the best purchasing and vehicle ordering experience I've ever had. Payton was kind, prompt, eager to help, and enthusiastic about what I was wanting to do. I came in with all the details I wanted for a custom order, and she arranged test drives of similar vehicles to make sure I got what I wanted and nothing I didn't need. Jeff was also super helpful and actually personally owns a similar vehicle, which he let me look at to make sure the features were what I was looking for. He didn't need to do this at all, but you can tell when someone is passionate about their cars and believes in the product. Jeff and Payton were amazing and would 100% get my business again once I'm in the market for another vehicle. Another thing I have always hated and loathed beyond belief is dealer financing people. I've worked with various dealerships and have never had a straightforward, honest, or considerate finance person. I must have won the lottery here, because my experience was the complete opposite when I picked up my car. Of course, certain credit situations might be trickier to navigate, but Dan was phenomenal. He didn't push me to buy anything I didn't want, and he got me out the door and on my way quickly. I will absolutely be coming back to Brandon Dodge thanks to the experience I had with these three individuals. Best Dodge/RAM dealership in Colorado, by far. More
I wanted to write a review on my experiences at Brandon Dodge. I'm going to change things up somewhat by going in reverse because I like to end on a good note. Lets start on the tail end. Financing or I should say the money transaction part of the business since I paid cash for my RAM truck. Money Transaction: I rate this component of the business as poor. The associate named Zach was subpar and not friendly at all. Zach needs to learn how to approach and communicate without having a rush through experience. It was my observation that Zach wanted to rush through our transaction and signing off paperwork which led to mistakes. As financing is a precise black and white put ink on paper process where accuracy is of the utmost importance Zach was anything but accurate. My wife and I had to return to Brandon Dodge a second time to resign our paperwork. The reason for this was inattention to detail from producer of the documentation. You see we felt that your business was professional in this capacity and we trusted that since you make these transactions daily that the paperwork was somewhat of a formality that didn't require our inspection of the documents in detail. Well shame on us for assuming that we were putting trust in your ability to perform what seemed a simple task but as it turned out was more that difficult. You see the problem stemmed from inattention to detail such as leaving the dates of the documents unchanged from the vehicle order date to the actual date of purchase. In my professional career I made mistakes because I didn't proof read documentation because I was in a rush or just didn't feel I needed to take the time to do so. It always caused me rework and having to explain to my customer that I made a mistake which was embarrassing and unnecessary. In the end it cost my company a loss in production and my customer lost trust in my abilities. Lesson learned was that I needed to take the time to perform the work accurately and I would maintain customer loyalty. This didn't happen in my transaction with Zach. Zach was rushed and hurried even when we returned to resign. In my opinion Zach needs some mentoring on customer relations and satisfaction. Zach needs to slow down and present a positive experience with customers in a way that explains and reviews his work with the customer so everyone leaves the room having a good feeling that the documentation was done thoroughly and accurately. So much for that experience. I would recommend that your contracts department change to a more customer positive experience. Sales: Aaron Weiker is the most pleasant and understanding salesperson I have ever worked in a dealership.. Aaron worked with me to build the truck that wanted and the process was excellent. From start to finish Aaron informed me of progress and was upfront and honest. It was pleasure working with Aaron through the whole process. Aaron went through the vehicle thoroughly on how my wife and I can enjoy our truck from the time we first entered. These trucks are amazing and Aaron was extremely helpful on how all the interior and exterior components operate and helped us in achieving the most out this amazing truck. Super happy with Aaron. As a business you have a salesman that cares and enjoys his work. Keep him on your staff as he is a extremely important asset to your organization. I really wanted to write a review that showed 100% satisfaction. Unfortunately there are some departments or personnel that do need some work. Aaron saved the day as he and the truck would be the reason I would return to Brandon Dodge. Hope this review helps to improve your business model in some areas and also shows that you do have some great personnel working for you. I originally left a 5 star rating. Unfortunately This experience has turned into such a nightmare, I would give them negative stars right now if I could. I had to drop $400 dollars into the vehicle the experience has turned into such a nightmare, I would give them negative stars right now if I could. I had to drop $400 dollars into the vehicle the same week it was purchased, the management did not seem to think it was an issue that may vehicle was already having issues. Then as I went into my second week having the vehicle, I find that there are scrapes and scratches all over my vehicle that they covered with cheap paint that washed off instantly. THEN to top it all off I got online to see that my loan is $10,000 ABOVE the amount that I was told I would be paying. I have never dealt with any dealership as unhelpful and dishonest as this one. please take your business anywhere but here so you have a better experience that I have. More
