Great experience! Thanks to Frank, Ron, Tony, and Kevin. Your no pressure sales approach was greatly appreciated. I will look forward to future business with your dealership. Ralph was not feeling well at al we have ever had. NO high pressure and VERY fair friendly people. Would recommend these people to anyone we know. Ralph was not feeling well at all on on of the coldest days of the year we have had, and had no hesitation of being outside and doing whatever needed to be done to have a satisfied customer. We appreciated him so much. More
I went into this dealership the last week of November 2010 and worked with "Frank" (the sales rep) who sold me a 2011 Ram 2500 6.7L Diesel Truck, Laramie edition with a 2007 Cadillac Escalade as trade-in 2010 and worked with "Frank" (the sales rep) who sold me a 2011 Ram 2500 6.7L Diesel Truck, Laramie edition with a 2007 Cadillac Escalade as trade-in. I was then transferred to their financial department to work with "Nick" to finalize the deal. Due to a pending closing on a home I purchased I did not want to run a credit check until that was complete but received a "Good Faith Estimate" based on a credit score of 643 which I had known from the home buying process I was going through. The "Good Faith Estimate" returned a rate of 8.49% with 0 down over a term of 78 months. I brought in 2 pay stubs and a letter to verify my income and employment and authorized a credit check which came back at 650 - slightly higher than expected. I was then referred to "Tony" (also in finance) who put together a Buyers Order (with a Retail Installment). The tax rate was then increased to 10.99% and I was asked to put down 5k. I informed them that money down was not a possibility at all and that I had disclosed that up-front on day 1. He informed me that it was "out of their hands" and up to the bank but that they would be losing money and he wanted to make it work for the both of us. I replied that the best thing for me was to stay with the original Buyers Order. Tony responded that if necessary the dealership would have to take the loss. He asked me to come in a few days later so they could try and negotiate with the lender at a banquet - he said he received authorization to reduce the down-payment to $1.5k and would attempt to have that waived as well. I received a phone call the following day that the negotiation with the lender "went well" and was asked to come in the following Friday (I had been driving the new truck for an entire week at this point). I came in Friday and was referred to a new sales person, "Ron". Ron again asked me for $5k which I re-iterated was not a possibility and we'd already been through this numerous times now. He then inquired if I could barrow money from family, friends, take out other loans, etc. or pay it back over a period of time. When I declined these options Ron stated that the only option was to put me in a smaller or older vehicle. He presented a 2010 Ram 2500 that he said had all of the same options minus the "touch-screen" media deck. I agreed to that so long as it had all of the other options (despite that it was the same price but with no down-payment). I went to test drive the truck to find that it did not have ANY of the options presented and once again declined. I then stated that I cannot do this any more - I had been in the dealership for over 20 hours in 2 weeks, negotiated with 2 separate sales representatives and 2 separate finance representatives, lied to repeatedly with terms changing each time I came in. I stated I'd rather have my car back than drive a different vehicle than what we agreed upon. They then informed me I would have to pay over $1k to get my car back due to the mileage I put on the new vehicle. I disputed this because I was told by Tony when I drove it home that there was no chance that I would have to return that vehicle and the dealership would have to pay the difference if something changed. In the end I did not pay this and drove my old car home. During that time I was assessed late fees for not paying my car payment this month because the dealership had already agreed to buy it and signed a Power of Attorney for the old vehicle. In addition I now have multiple entries on my credit report from them shopping for lenders. I still have a signed buyers contract (with Retail Installment) and they stated the bank approved but fell back on their offer when realizing they couldn't get a $5k down payment. From the changing terms, asking me to inquire to family/friends to barrow money, and flat out lying about not bringing the car back, and options on an alternate vehicle, this was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Frank and Nick were friendly and great to work with. Ron was very dishonest and pressuring - he says he's straight-forward and up-front but lies to you about the terms. Tony was very friendly but flat out lied about financial details and what the dealership was willing to do to work with you. The dealership will make a lot of promises they cannot backup and DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT YOUR BUYERS ORDER. IF YOU HAVE A RETAIL INSTALLMENT INCLUDED THEN DO NOT TAKE THE TRUCK OFF THE LOT - THE SALE IS NOT FINAL NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU. More
My son and I had an appointment with Vincent Jammicelli (Vinny) Friday after work. We were greeted immediately by another salesman and Vinny was waiting inside for us. From the minute we walked in we wer (Vinny) Friday after work. We were greeted immediately by another salesman and Vinny was waiting inside for us. From the minute we walked in we were treated with respect and taken care of by this professional young man. He was a huge part of the reason that we purchased the Jeep Grand Cherokee from Brandon Dodge. After buying several cars from other dealerships, Vinny made this experience one not to forget. The deal was not stressful and never once did we feel we were being taken advantage of. Everything was up front and HONEST! We would reccommend this dealership to anyone looking at buying a car and most definately ask for Vinny....he was GREAT and easy to work with. What a charming young man. My son drove away with a great first time buying experience! THANK YOU More

I have been searching for cars for my family for many years. I've purchased cars from many different dealerships, but never have I even been treated in such a positive and respectful way like I had at Br years. I've purchased cars from many different dealerships, but never have I even been treated in such a positive and respectful way like I had at Brandon Dodge on Broadway. THEY ARE GREAT! Everyone there from customer service to sales to finance to Brandon himself treated me like family. If your in the market to purchase a vehicle and you want the best deal and you want to not be given the run-a-round then this is the place to go. Best car buying experience ever. I went it. Sat down. Told them my budget and what I wanted. Not only were they great to work with. Not only did I get the exact Car I was looking for, but I got it for a less than I wanted to spend. How could you beat that? I will buy here again and I recommend anyone in my position to buy from here. Great customer service and great prices! Best dealership in the state- Hands down! More
First of all, I couldn't believe the amount of inventory this dealership has! It's amazing! The place is very clean and has every amenity you could ask for (bring your kids, there's a playroom equipped wit this dealership has! It's amazing! The place is very clean and has every amenity you could ask for (bring your kids, there's a playroom equipped with toys and a huge flat screen). Any model and color was readily available for me to view. I never had the issue of "sorry, we only have that model in Black" or "We have it in your color, but it's the more expensive model" (classic bait and switch). I was immediately greeted by friendly and knowledgeable sales staff who made this experience seamless. I am always defensive with car salesmen as I feel they can be pushy...not ONCE did I feel pressured as the staff was extremely supportive and actually listened to my needs! My experience in buying cars has been a stressful and an annoying process that usually ends in hours of negotiations, frustrated parties, and a feeling of buyer's remorse. Amazingly, Brandon Dodge asked the right questions and provided me with options that catered to MY NEEDS and WANTS! They were extremely helpful with the pricing and within 10minutes I was off the lot in my new Charger! I didn't realize how wonderful this experience was for me until I got home and my wife said "wow, that was quick! You've only been gone for an hour!" trust me, she knows how indecisive I am, especially when it comes to cars. Thanks to all at Brandon Dodge! More
