Poor Service "Again" I bought the oil change policy from the dealership when I purchased this car and have had problems with the dealership on two occasions now. I did n I bought the oil change policy from the dealership when I purchased this car and have had problems with the dealership on two occasions now. I did not write a review the last time because I thought it was a fluke to spend and hour and a half on a thirty minute oil change. But after this second instance which took two hours for a basic oil change is ridiculous. If the dealership can not keep staff employed (as was suggested) or maintain enough technician that are cross trained to assist when the lube tech's are busy, then pro rate my policy, pay me the balance and let me go to a shop that takes thirty minutes to complete my service. Piss poor and the dealership doesn't care. That is why I will not own another Dodge product. More
Jim Shadrick with Brandon Dodge on Broadway was our salesman. This is our fourth vehicle that we've purchased from Jim, and as always he was on top of what we were looking for in a vehicle and found us salesman. I had an excellent experience buying a new Ram. This is the second time I have bought a Ram from this dealership. Really happy with the way we were treated. Wayne really searched for the right truck fo the second time I have bought a Ram from this dealership. Really happy with the way we were treated. Wayne really searched for the right truck for us. He was top notch, couldn't be happier with the help we had finding the right truck. Would highly recommend Wayne and the dealership. Will buy here again if we ever need another vehicle. More
We had my wife's Dodge Avenger worked on at the dealer we purchased the vehicle from, the services performed: replaced thermostat housing, oil change/tire rotation & brake job, and coolant system f dealer we purchased the vehicle from, the services performed: replaced thermostat housing, oil change/tire rotation & brake job, and coolant system flush & fill. This came to $1107.14. Immediately after service was done, the heater stopped working on the passenger side. Took the vehicle back and was told it would be an additional $331.71 worth of repair service to fix the "new" problem. Having just done a coolant system flush a week and a half ago, it turns out that they have now performed another coolant system flush & fill again even though I had just gotten one from them 13 days ago. The advisor made no attempt to 'advise' me that this was not necessary work since it had just been done. This a low blow to a loyal customer. My wife has only ever owned 3 cars: a Dodge Shadow, Dodge Stratus, and now the Dodge Avenger. She bought them all brand new from a Dodge Dealer. We will never ever purchase another Dodge again and have already told our story to many family, friends, and co-workers, as well as social media and review sites. We are just a simple middle class family of four who now has "two" car payments- the original car payment to buy the car brand new and a credit card balance of $1438.85 for repairs and this isn't the first time this car has had problems. I know the dealer and company will always thrive with or without our business, but simply using our only humble "voice" to share our disappointing experience. More
Me and my wife went here to purchase a new car and bought a preowned one. Our experience started out ok but ended up with un keep promises and flat out lies by the sales staff. I tried calling the dealersh a preowned one. Our experience started out ok but ended up with un keep promises and flat out lies by the sales staff. I tried calling the dealership several times and would talk to a "manager" with the promises to call back and never hear from them. The first promises was for a key, they gave us one and said they would find out about the other and then call, have never heard a word. Second when we were making the deal we were trading in two vehicles both of them were still being financed. the salesman Jerry Hunter told us that if the payoffs were different we would have to pay the difference our if they were less they would refund the difference. It was late and the banks were closed so me and my wife estimated the payoffs. Needless to say the difference was about $1000 in are favor and have not heard from anyone at this dealership. I believe I have tried to get in touch with them several times with no one even trying to call me back. I would welcome a call from this dealership to resolve this but I'm not expecting one, and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB also. More
I went online to look for a vehicle a few weeks ago. On 11/12/13 I found Brandon's Dodge. They emailed me a picture and stock # of a vehicle and said it was 14,500. MIchael Kern then called me up and sai 11/12/13 I found Brandon's Dodge. They emailed me a picture and stock # of a vehicle and said it was 14,500. MIchael Kern then called me up and said 13,500. When I went in there Michaels manager I believe Alex was his name cam in and said that was a deal only available on 11/12 and that because I did not come in the deal is now 15,500 plus I have to trade in my car valued at 4000 for $500.00 (a 2005 Suzuki Forenza with 116 k miles on it. I had to argue with them for 2 hours to get the deal right. They then said they would do it for 14900 which was for a new car. The new car was a 2013 Dodge avenger which ended up having 1000 miles on it not 37 miles on it , not a new car and was a demo car which I just found out. They then said sign tonight and we will lower the rate from 7.99 but just in case sign at 7.99. I signed and asked Tyler and Jeff to please not mark up my rate and they said I had their word. Later the next day I found out Tyler marked up my rate by 3 points and told me if I did not like it to refinance. At this point I did not take delivery of the vehicle. I was unhappy about the lies in sales and then they lied about the financing. They also lied and said they put tint on the car and never did because when I asked for the work order they said they lost it. I also agreed to one year of free maintenance which turned into one free oil change (SOUND FAIR???). I complained before delivery and Jeff said he would unwind the deal. He said I could have until the next morning to decide. I called him 11/14/13 to tell him to cancel the deal as promised and he said he couldnt but could sign a new contract at the correct rate. The correct rate was 2.79 but he said that they had to mark it up to 5.79 still lower then 7.99 because of the acquisition fees the bank charged them and because they supposedly lost on my deal. If they lost why would they not gladly cancel the contract? They lie and cheat there customers. I have pulled up 54 complaints on this company. Many they do not respond to and only respond to the good reviews. I also spoke to Brandon who is supposed to be the G.M and Dealin Dougs Son. He threatened me and said if I did not take delivery of the vehicle he would park it out front and if someone broke into it it would be my fault. They also use foul language at their dealer, they yelled at my mother. Tyler said it any moment he would loose it making it sound like it he get violent towards my Mother when we were there. SOUND LIKE A DEALER YOU WANT TO GO TO? Horrible experience, never shop there and bear in mind this was all in front of my daughter and niece. Wow way to treat your customers, lie to them, cheat, steal, threaten. Sound about right? NEVER SHOP THERE EVER PLEASE, you will get ripped off. More

Awesome! That is a one word summary of all else that follows. If you want some background and the details here they are: After researching Ford, Chevy, Toyota I choose the Ram. I was looking for a half follows. If you want some background and the details here they are: After researching Ford, Chevy, Toyota I choose the Ram. I was looking for a half ton - 4x4 - regular cab - short bed with a certain power package combination (5.7L Hemi with the Torque flight 8 speed Transmission and 3:92 gear ratio and 20 inch wheels) Nation wide inventory searches revealed nothing in the 2013 models. Other dealers I went to along the Front Range of Colorado pretended to listen to what I wanted then spent their energy trying push their existing inventory off on me. I heard the deals, the price cuts, the incentives, etc, etc.... First Shaun Mauer then later in the process Hal Turley (fleet manager) at Brandon Dodge in Littleton CO really did listen to me. They quickly figured out that it wasn't about anything other than "I wanted what I wanted". The last "new" truck I bought was in 1979 and compromising on options I did not want (or need) and trying to entice me with prices and incentives wasn't in the cards on this deal. Hal told me when the 2014s were going to start production, I ordered exactly what I wanted (with Hal's help) and three weeks later I was driving away in a 2014 Regular Cab Short Bed with a 5.7 Hemi, 8 speed Transmission, 3:92 gears, and 20 inch wheels. That power train in a body style with no "fat" has really been fun! More
