I called Brandon Dodge regarding a recall on one of the vehicles, made an appointment over a month in advance. a week before the appointment, they called and cancelled- told me they were "too busy" to do my recall. when I tried to reschedule for a day that I was off work, they wouldnt give me an appointment on a day I was off and had the nerve to say "Cant you take off work a different day"! then they started sending me letter to buy my car back "at a great deal"! when I called and asked some questions the Internet Sales Manager told me he would do some research and call me the next day. Good thing I didnt hold my breath, because he NEVER called me back. Goes to show what they think of their customers after they get their money. I will NOT be a repeat customer for them, and will tell anyone who will listen about their poor customer service! More

My salesman (Jim Shadrick) was friendly, helpful and courteous I feel I got a fair deal and I am happy with my purchase; However I am disappointed in the service/detail department. My first message on console was “OIL CHANGE DUE” There were coins and trash under the seats. Fingerprints on headliner and elsewhere. Windshield wiper on driver's side needs replaced. This makes me wonder about “Dealer Certified” More
A Word of Caution I purchased a used vehicle at Brandon Dodge and I would like to share some cautionary advice. First, they won't tell you up front that they charge $300 for a device called "Safe Stop". This is an outrageous price for an inexpensive device that is installed in the 3rd brake light that takes less than 10 minutes to install. We did not pay this outrageous price for Safe Stop. Next, they won't provide you with the entire CarFax report... I had to request the FULL report. They were definitely trying to hide the facts from you. Thankfully I felt comfortable addressing the issues they were trying to hide from us. I think these are examples of slimy business practices meant to take advantage of people. More

Zachary Ben-Attar met us at the front of the dealership, found out what we were looking for and took us on a test drive that showed us how the Ram 1500 handled in a variety of conditions. Then Zachary and the manager, Shaun, helped us to craft a deal that worked for us on every point, from making sure we had the payment we wanted, a residual that we find to be better than expected as well as helping us with ideas on how to sell our other truck. When I am in the market for another car I will definitely look up these two and will send my friends to this dealership as well! More

Called Upset and promised a call back...Never got it.
