A down payment means nothing I went into Brandon Dodge Tuesday before last and put a down payment on a Challenger, I ask if I could then pick it up a week later because I was clos I went into Brandon Dodge Tuesday before last and put a down payment on a Challenger, I ask if I could then pick it up a week later because I was closing on my refi and I didn't want them to hit my credit they said sure know problem so the week goes by and I get a text message not even a phone call we accidentally sold your car what are you kidding me not it's not like one person messed up there are at least 5 to 6 people that new and had to be involved absolutely inexcusable they wouldn't even try to find one or look for one that was the same or even close you could see that they didn't even care to fix it because they were losing a lot of money so why help I had find something else and then the other dealer wouldn't release that car all I can say is I will never go back to Brandon Dodge and even if you put a deposit on a car they way sale it to someone else if they can make more on it. When I phoned the service manager, I was told they lost the second remote, but the sales manager could help. After leaving 4 messages for the sales manager to call back, I finally called the service manager and they said "they would never pay for a remote and key. After spending close to $500 dollars on a newly programmed remote, I am filing a complaint with the BBB and seeking legal counsel. Thanks Brandon Dodge!!! More

do not go there I bought a car there. The salesman was great. It was when we got to the finance guy that I had issues. He told us that in order to get gap insurance I I bought a car there. He told us that in order to get gap insurance I had to buy a whole bunch ofwarrantiesrantywhich raised the price of my car so high that now I can not trade it I cannot refinance it nothing they added $6,000 to the price of my car. I tried to talk to the GM about it and he wouldn't even discuss it. And now when I try to use the Warranty I keep finding out I can't use them. Try to use a tire warranty and they kept telling me nothing was wrong with my tire. Tried to use the roadside service and they would not come and help me. Try to use the key replacement I called the company and they said I have to get a work order I called Brandon and they said I have to get a thing from the key company so I couldn't even get a key replacement we only have one key for a car. If I could give them negative stars I would this was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. More

Poor service I bought a used truck and the salesman was great. Then they told me that they had to do some work before I could take it home. After a week and a half and many calls and many stops by, they finally told me what was wrong and I brought it home. 500 miles later the check engine light came on so I brought it to the service department. They took it and once again I hear nothing for a week. I called multiple times and finally they told me I could bring the truck home. They said they had to flash the computer and once again around 500 miles, the check engine light came on again throwing the same code. Now since I don't trust them I will take it to a reputable mechanic and actually get the problem fixed More
