Awesome!!! Really just Amazing!! First I want to start by saying I don't usually do reviews and the last time my wife and I bought a new truck it was a 2000 Dodge Ram 2500. We owned t First I want to start by saying I don't usually do reviews and the last time my wife and I bought a new truck it was a 2000 Dodge Ram 2500. We owned this truck for 17 years and when it came time to buy a new one I can honestly say we were a little nervous. We visited two other unwelcoming high pressure dealerships before driving into Brandon Dodge on Broadway to meet with our internet contact Andre Clark. Now we are REALLY apprehensive because of the way we were treated at the two previous dealerships. But I don't want to focus on the bad I want to praise the staff at Brandon Dodge which was stellar. It started the moment we stepped out of our truck and walked up to the front door of the dealership to meet with Andre. The people that greeted us at the door were pleasant and happy. We got a good vibe right out of the gate, from the gentleman opening the door to the receptionist in the front who offered us something to drink and asked how she could help. She let us know that if we needed anything do not hesitate to ask. Andre promptly greeted us and he is extremely pleasant and professional and defiantly NOT pushy. He listened to what we were interested in and walked the lot with us to see multiple options. He gave us the space we needed to look over the trucks. When we had questions about the trucks he stepped in and answered them and when we needed space to talk privately he gave it to us. It was a relaxed family atmosphere with no pressure and I cannot say how much that means when you are making this type of financial decision. During the decision process we also had the opportunity to meet Jeff Miller. I can tell you that the experience here kept getting better. He was also very patient, friendly and attentive to our concerns with a new dealership, well new to us anyway. He answered all of our questions honestly and with a I'm not to busy for you attitude. In fact we all talked for at least 30 minutes and he even took me to his office to show me detailed information about the drive train, horse power and towing capacity on the truck that was very informative to making our purchase. I will continue and have already made recommendations for my friends to visit Brandon Dodge if they are in need of a vehicle. Thank you again for a pleasant buying experience. Rich and Shelly More
