Each unanswered call, each moment of silence, felt like a slap in the face—a clear message that my business, and by extension, I myself, were of no consequence.Imagine reaching out six times, each call echoing into a void, punctuated by a single, half-hearted callback that served only to highlight Amy's apparent irritation at having to deal with a "mere" small business owner looking to purchase three trucks. It was a masterclass in how to alienate and dishearten a customer. The message was crystal clear: I was an annoyance, an unwelcome interruption to her day.This wasn't just rudeness; it was an outright dismissal, a level of unprofessionalism so profound it left me reeling. It's one thing to miss a call, but it's an entirely different universe to make a customer feel like an unwelcome burden. IThe staff were friendly, but pushy and easy to deal with. For the most part it was a pleasant experience. My only frustration was that I found the truck I ended up purchasing on their website listed with. For the most part it was a pleasant experience. My only frustration was that I found the truck I ended up purchasing on their website listed at the "Autonation Price", I called and confirmed availability and price. Then after I arrived and test drive the truck, the price they brought to the table was $3,100 more than the advertised price. I was told someone made a mistake. It's not my fault someone "made a mistake" and they should've honored the advertised price which was also confirmedto me before I went to the dealership. It seemed a bit unethical as I'd they were trying to get customers in with a great deal then switch one you were at the dealership. I negotiated a thousand dollars of that price but it was still $2,000 more than their advertised price. I was frustrated, but in the end purchased the truck and the staff were very nice to deal with.
