Service manager Mike made sure all items were handled appropriately which was important to us as we were planning to purchase after the lease. At the same time Jillian called to start the process on the purchase. She had great follow up and a quick process and while it was a busy time, we are now past that sometimes dreaded process. I could have done this online or with the leasing co but it was nice to have face to face interaction for questions/options. Finance was smooth and high tech with everything on a thumb drive - no more papers to file at home! Many say you feel like family here and we sure do. More

Nick gave us the absolute best deal possible and allowed us to continue shopping. Never once was he pushy or rude, just wanted me to get the best vehicle for me! Once I called him to state that I was ready to purchase on Monday, he got the paperwork ready and made the process very smooth and easy. Nick even went above and beyond to drive me to Enterprise to return my rental and I went home in the car I purchased on the same day.
