He sent me pictures, made sure all the recalls were done and even picked me up when I got into Denver. He had no problems answering every question I directed to him and was very knowledgeable about the used Ram that I was looking at. I was very pleased with the price I paid also. Zach Khalil in the finance department was great to deal with also. He fought for the best finance rate that he could get me and was knowledgeable about the additional warranty.
