Wasted 3 days to buy a car I recently called Brandon Dodge I got a great salesman named Andre. I explained that we had just left Larry Miller and that I was pissed off. I told him I want to buy a either a 4wd or awd that wasn’t a car. I explained that my credit score wasn’t the highest and that I’d rather the dealership get it approved before I come down. I had $1000 in cash and $630 to $670 a month I didn’t care if it was a lease or a finance deal just get me what you can. So the following week Andre called me and said good news we got it done on a journey so we went and looked at the journey and said ok. When the numbers came out the payment was$709 when I did the math there was $75 more in payment then the car. I asked why and the rudest sales manager Sean came and told me it’s a warranty and that I have no choice but to take it if I want the car. So I left. I called Chrysler the next day and was told to work it out with them. So I called Andre and asked what can be done he talked to Sean and they agreed to put in a remote start. So we headed back to the dealership when it came time to sign I noticed that the amount financed was different so I asked to see the purchase agreement I noticed that they had raised the price by $2000 and lowered the amount they gave me for my trade. I went and asked Sean what was going on and he stated that it was the remote start I told him I thought they was paying for it. He stated he will pay for half. We said ok because we where tired of this deal. So we went back and signed while signing we noticed that the interest rate was 5% lower then first quoted asked why and Jordan stated it was approved at a lower rate. 3 weeks later we get a call saying they got the deal done at a different bank but the rate was a little higher so the payment went up $21 more dollars. Unbelievable right so we went down for a third time and signed. Andre was great he’s the only reason I kept going back as for my experience with dealership it was horrible I will never go back. In fact I will never buy a Chrysler/Dodge again. More
