Did not get the second one but definitely not their fault as they put in 100% effort. The service department has also helped out and have been friendly and quick. They usually have a pretty good selection and always have a ton of trucks. You can also order your next vehicle through them as that is a option. Oil changes and service seem to go pretty quick. Even without a appointment we have been able to get in and out for a oil change within 30-45 minutes. The sales process is pretty straight forward. If your picky like me it can take a while but that is with any dealership. I would and have recommend Brandon Dodge and will continue More

I received the worst and dishonest customer service from Aaron Weiker, lot of issues even when I tried to call him to his personal phone or even the o I received the worst and dishonest customer service from Aaron Weiker, lot of issues even when I tried to call him to his personal phone or even the office never available, instead they gave to me another salesman to finish my purchase because Mr Weiker didn’t want to talk to me anymore also I have to wait for my truck to be ready almost 3 weeks, when he promised me have it ready in next 3 or 4, in addition DON’T DO the financial part with the dealership/salesman they rip me off instead do the approval directly with a credit union or bank you will have for sure a better interest rate than they offered you, I have to move my account to another bank after the first month cutting off 1.5% interest rate less, the only good I can say dealership service it was pretty awesome and the price that I paid for the vehicle it was good compared to others or almost the same price, maybe with a different salesman I could have a overall excellent service? More
