Excellent Experience There was no pressure to buy whatsoever. Several times they advised that they were happy to help, even if it was just informational purposes. We worked with John Eckman and it was such a pleasant experience, I’m not sure we will ever use anyone else. He was attentive, knowledgeable, did great with our 2 year old daughter (which is always a plus) and just TRULY cared about our financial needs. He didn’t even attempt to show us vehicles that were out of range, knowing we would likely get our hearts set on them and then be extremely let down when we couldn’t afford it.
