Once I was put on hold for over 10 minutes; once I was transferred to the parts department; once I was transferred to someone's voicemail, etc. etc. I even sent an email, to which no response was received (it's now two days since I sent it). I don't see this as a good way to maintain a customer relationship. More

Took my Ram in for an oil change, and tire rotation. I was met right away, and my needs were taken care of well.
