I’ve purchased probably 7-8 cars from dealerships in my life and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had which seems hard to achieve since I’ve been to some real bottom of the barrel dealers. It started with sales, they were dismissive, ignored my questions, messages, and didn’t follow up. Basically the biggest part of sales, and they dropped the ball. Days went by without any communication. When I told this to the GM (since they send you a ton of preloaded emails with his info) he didn’t even respond to me- he had sales reach out with an excuse. I wanted the truck so I went in and worked with Karen instead of the other guy. Karen was pleasant and communicative. Jeromy in finance was also great. Anyways, fast forward it’s 6-7 days in to having my truck and I have a mechanic check it out because it’s leaking oil, and making noises it shouldn’t be. Mechanic says yes, take it back in during your 90 day warranty. So I come in to service and have some dude in service mansplain to me why what my mechanic said was incorrect. They schedule me only to fix the oil leak next day. Again, I am mansplained to how to check a dipstick, asked what kind of vehicle I drove before because “they can sound different”, told that if that’s the sound I’m hearing it’s probably nothing. I’ve worked in dealerships for 10+ years and most of my close friends are mechanics in those dealerships. I’m not uneducated by any means and I also know they’re avoiding honoring their warranty/guarantee. I still have seen no record of what inspection or work they did to this truck because “the tech has not turned in paper work” ok. I had to be persistent and listen to a man mansplain for what seemed like an hour just to get an appointment scheduled for diag on what I know needs attention! Guess when the only appointment they had was? After my 90 day warranty. I regret my purchase here 100%, I’m frustrated that they will not honor their warranty and that it’s a battle to even get a record of what was “repaired” or get an appointment. This is by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had and I work in them every single day. Avoid this place at all costs. Regret, regret, regret. Wanted to give this location a fair chance but I Will forever take my business elsewhere and highly recommend others do the same. More

Chad and the service team at Arapahoe Dodge have been great. They have had to work through short staffing and having to incorporate electric bays in the shop, but the shop is fantastic and the guys are great. I took a 2500 in for some recalls and while the appt was out a few weeks the quality of service was well worth it. I want to thank all the team, body shop guys included on managing a crazy workload and doing so with professionalism and quality. More
The agent who tried to help us buy the truck was not attentive to what we need.
