People seem not care and just hang around. I had to wait for nearly 3 months for this appointment. Had to take off work to take my car in only to be told “I don’t know if we have your part…. Purchased a used Vehicle and it would not intermittently start after a few days. I am confident they will make this right. After having the vehicle checked it does need new tie rod ends. It would have been 5 stars but the tech (who wasn’t my normal tech) tried to upsell me on a differential service. My car was not due for one, and I didn’t appreciate their assumption that being a girl mea normal tech) tried to upsell me on a differential service. He could not provide it. He did give me a coupon for the service I actually requested and made the appointment for, so that saved them from a 3 star for sure. More
Jordan Boggs (awesome car salesmen) the rest of the dealership is a joke. Took three plus hours to finish the paperwork and then they tell me the next day they messed up the paperwork. So I return to the dealership to sign said papers and Rueben the GM is on his phone while I’m in the lobby waiting to sign papers that would take 2 minutes. I’d say If the dealership was more punctual and cared more about the people they rip off then it would have been 5 stars More
