Purchased a used 2009 Dodge Journey awesome car, awesome experience. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. He led us right to the Calibur area and we spotted the Dodge Journey next to those and BAM that was our car! We were out of there in a few hours financing and all. They have great warranties and graet prices on those also. We actuaally came in under budget in the entire purchase. Thanks GO Dodge on Arapahoe! I have worked with many dealerships in the Denver metro area throughout the years and was particularly impressed with Go Dodge Arapahoe for primarily two reasons. First, I was greeted by a friendly and ve area throughout the years and was particularly impressed with Go Dodge Arapahoe for primarily two reasons. First, I was greeted by a friendly and very knowledgeable salesman, who did not pressure us in the least. Nothing irks me more than to talk to car salesmen that know very little about the products they sell. The salesman should be able to answer ALL of my questions about their vehicles. In this case, Travis was quite knowledgeable. Second, the General Manager made the effort to come outside and introduce himself to us; as though he didn't have anything more important to do than to insure we were being taken care of. In fact, when we were ready to buy days later, GO Dodge did not have the exact color Durango we wanted. I wanted to buy from GO Dodge, instead of the cross-town dealer that actually had the color we wanted. The GM jumped right in and made the deal happen. The Durango we wanted arrived on the GO Dodge lot within hours! The negotiations were fair with no apparent price rigging or back-end profit loading. I believe the price paid for the new car and the amount the dealer paid for my trade-in were fair. I never got the feeling that they were not being honest or fair. (Bear in mind, that they have a responsibility to their business to maximize their profits and I have a responsibility to minimize my costs.) In this case, we reached a fair and equitable sale. Sean, the finance representative did a great job in explaining my different options for financing and made honest representations of what financing deals he could make from the start. The terms were clearly explained and did not change. I never got the feeling that I was being taken advantage of or manipulated in any way. All-in-all, this was a great car buying experience for me. Weeks later, I do not have any remorse from my experience. The 2011 Durango is a phenomenal vehicle for the price! More

I purchased a new 3500 here. My dealings have have been nothing but lies , half truths and outright lies. That's just the sales dept. the service dept can't be trusted to even check fluid levels. What gets me is noone will say, no worries we will take care of it for you, just for their reputations sake! Worst used car buying experience EVER!! I bought the used Dodge from the Go Nissan, I was told I had to have my Dodge serviced by a Dodge dealership. It started last year when I had to have the rear end rebuilt, when I brought my Dodge in because had to have my Dodge serviced by a Dodge dealership. It started last year when I had to have the rear end rebuilt, when I brought my Dodge in because of problems, I was told the rear end needed to be rebuilt. I said to the adviser "Again?" What do you mean again, the rear end shouldnt have to be rebuilt 2 times in 1 year blah blah They looked up the records, Yup too soon, Oh well, So of course I am not going to pay my deductible right, Yes you are. Ben finally informed me that I would not have to pay the deductible but next time I would if it happened again. So in the mean time I also had them change my oil and the front wiper blades, after getting into a screaming match about the rear end I was not in a good mood. Ben called said my car was done and come and pick it up, paid for the oil and wiper blades, drove down the street and went to use my rear wiper blades, gone no blade, drove right back to the dealership, Ben came out and told me " Get off the premises or I will call the cops", I told him to call the cops cause they stole my wiper blade- Ended up I got a new blade for the back window, was told by Ben never to return or he will call the cops More
The service department is running a very dirty business! Lies, Lies and more Lies! They will Lie to your face and then deny that they ever did. They charge more than twice as much as other dealers, which ar Lies, Lies and more Lies! They will Lie to your face and then deny that they ever did. They charge more than twice as much as other dealers, which are already "Stealers". They will try to guilt you into fixing parts that don't need it. They do not have the customer’s interest in mind, only $$$$. They will even screw you on parts that should be covered under warranty - saying "You didn't buy your vehicle here" or "You don't bring it to us for enough maintenance so your warranty is void". When there is an apparent problem they say "I can't see or hear it". They try to make you feel like you are stupid for thinking there could possibly be a problem before it completely breaks down and leaves you stranded. They are corrupt! Honesty nor integrity does not exist at GO DODGE! I will not do business with a GO dealer ever again. There is not enough room to explain the multiple horrible experiences with them. If you choose to take your vehicle to GO for service, Be Aware and be ready to bend over. More
