Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to the Dodge dealership because they also work on the 3.0l Eco Diesel that I have in my Jeep. I have bought a 2012 Ram 3500 6.7l and 2012 Journey from this dealership and tr because they also work on the 3.0l Eco Diesel that I have in my Jeep. I have bought a 2012 Ram 3500 6.7l and 2012 Journey from this dealership and trust them. I know I can count on quality work and friendly staff at Arapahoe Dodge. My Jeep dealership had me waiting for over a year to get in the EGR Valve that was recalled, pulled into the Dodge Dealership, and had the recall done 2 days later along with an oil change (also bought 4 oil change package from the Dodge Dealership) Thanks Arapahoe Dodge for your great work and friendly staff. I got a second opinion on the work order that was given to me, and the cv axel was not torn or the boot, and my struts were fine, I have 1 front passenger one leaking, and that was it, also the last time I to me, and the cv axel was not torn or the boot, and my struts were fine, I have 1 front passenger one leaking, and that was it, also the last time I came in to get my tires rotated with the oil change you told me my lug nuts were stripped. Well yesterday they came off just fine and did not need replacing. They are still there. I am very dissatisfied with the work that you DID NOT provide and how you TRIED to STEAL money from me. ITS CHRISTMAS FOR GOODNESS SAKE. I’m very unhappy with your service and the fact that your company tried to get me to spend 2200 on my car that didn’t actually need that work. It’s complete and utterly disrespectful disgusting and I would recommend that NO ONE ever comes here. More
