While waiting for the "Service Advisor" there was a broken waiting chair next to the desk. It is an extreme safety hazard sliding 3 feet away when I attempted to sit down. They are lucky that I wasn’t injured and they were not sued. This lack of concern for customer safety epitomizes how unprofessional this Service Center is. This "Service Advisor" became extremely unprofessional (actually combative and vulgar) after being told he would get a poor review here. He even refused to immediately reschedule the correct service! I advise people to find another dealership if they care about competent service and professionalism. More

After 4 unsuccessful attempts to book a spot for service under 1 month out online & by multiple phone calls, I drove 60 miles to address a clutch fan issue with a certified truck I had recently purchased. Long story short Kip Kelly the service manager at Auto Nation Dodge Ram in Centennial Colorado finds me a Wednesday time slot the following week, after speaking to his manger. I show up for that and they ID'ed the bad clutch fan & belt and say the parts will be in the following Monday. Plus, they were covered by the limited warranty. That was 7 days ago. I have left multiple emails which i can produce a history on. Plus a few calls, some of which even landed in Kips managers inbox and never once has anyone back in contact with us. This is unacceptable. Last week I was told I would have to speak to Kip and that he was out with gout. Today I called and they said I would have to call back tomorrow because he is still out.... SO, what if kip dies? does my work order die too? Again, this is just passing the hot potato, a waste of the consumers time and a super frustrating way to conduct business. Me and my family will never purchase another auto knowing this is the level of service your management stands behind and defends. Shameful More

Went in for a basic oil change. Then I got an oil leak. Took it back to the dealership and come to find out they did not tighten the oil filter enough. A week later the check engine Then I got an oil leak. Took it back to the dealership and come to find out they did not tighten the oil filter enough. A week later the check engine light came on. If was not for Cheyenne saving the day and taking care of me, rating would have been one star. She really cares about customers and customer satisfaction. More
Purchased a new 2021 Dodge Challenger from Mike Hoffman. Mike was excellent to work with and kept us up to date on the status of the Challenger as it was being manufactured at the factory in Canada. When the Challenger arrived at AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe, Mike told us that day and that night we got there and paid for it. The process to get the final price was very easy, especially with Mike helping us. I even got financing completed in a short period of time and we drove off that night with our new 2021 Dodge Challenger. So THANKS MIKE HOFFMAN for the excellent sale support - you really made it all easy (10 stars for you)!!! More
