Troy was my service advisor. I literally waited 3 1/2 months for the part to come in on my truck and Troy was there to help and ease my anger the whole way. When I delivered the vehicle at 7:00 am to the service department, I was asked when I wanted it back. I said end of day would be fine. They said it might be tomorrow. I said i needed the truck tomorrow an department, I was asked when I wanted it back. I said end of day would be fine. They said it might be tomorrow. I said i needed the truck tomorrow and couldn't wait that long. The check in guy said my service rep would call me and let me know the situation. After hearing nothing, I called back at 10:30 to see what was going on. I was put on hold for five minutes. When the service rep came back on line, she said: the wrong part came in and they would have to order the right part and we would have to reschedule the appointment a few weeks out. Very disappointed. More
