I bought the Ram 1500 Laramie a year ago and Donnie McElroy was great (5 stars for him). He was very attentive, responsive and helpful. However, recently I used an on-line coupon from the dealership and got a great price ($79.99) on an oil change and new wiper blades for my truck, but a couple things need improvement. One is that it takes 20 minutes on hold to get through to a service rep no matter when you call, and the second issue was they failed to tighten my oil pan plug and it leaked oil all over my driveway and garage until I noticed the oil puddles the next morning. I crawled under the truck and tightened the plug myself, then drove to the dealership to have them check it over for any other issues. They were very apologetic, but that doesn't get the oil stains out. More
Went there for a scheduled appointment to have factory re-call work done. Was in an out in 30 minutes. I was amazed at how quick the service was. Although it was difficult to initially schedule the required service everything else went as expected. The service representative was excellent after I was able to explain my concerns. Initially I attempted to schedule service online, only to find it almost impossible. I have this vehicle in my account but the information I entered did not transfer to the service department prior to my arrival. The person I talked to get the service scheduled didn't understand what I needed so I just scheduled the basic service to get an appointment. Still, all of my needs were met, in an orderly fasion, in a reasonable time, and with little fanfare. More

Showed up, vehicle was not ready, neither was the salesman. The only thing I needed was to have it ready so I could head back to work but all homeboy wanted to talk about was a 420 concert at Red Roc salesman. My trade-in and new truck sat on location for a week while Jordan was on vacation in Mexico, I asked who can I deal with to speed up the sales process(waited 8 months for this pickup), he replied "no one". This was the worst truck buying experience of my life, he had no respect for my livelihood or time and he will tell you the feeling was mutual when you approach him about this review. I am sick of every RAM salesman telling me how important these reviews are and to never leave a bad one, "if something is wrong I'll fix it blah blah blah"...as a consumer that is none of my business I just expect accountability.
