Everyone when we bought the Jeep was pleasant. Unfortunately, they miscalculated the taxes and when gave us a quote were almost $1000 short so that added a substantial amount to what we were payi Unfortunately, they miscalculated the taxes and when gave us a quote were almost $1000 short so that added a substantial amount to what we were paying. Then, less than 48 hours from purchase, our engine malfunction light came on. Trying to get through to Used Car Service Dept was a huge issue. I finally ended up going through the Sales dept where I knew they would answer. That being said, they got the Jeep in quickly and repaired the same day. More
