I brought my Promaster (which was working just fine) in for an oil change in February. I was told it needed a new transmission. Based on pictures, it could have lasted a bit longer, but I decided to go for for an oil change in February. I was told it needed a new transmission. When I got my car back THE TRANSMISSION WAS SHOT!!! it won’t switch gears. It sounds awful. Four months and $8,500 later just for them to **** my car. As a small aside, I also wanted my back lock replaced, but that never happened. They never even ordered the part. More
