Second time there, ( and last) if I went back is because I was invited by the dealership to have my Promaster checked out and oil change and tire rotation. First of all the receiving person has a very nada attitude (second time, same attitude ) to keep going, how come the technician noticed a stem in the rear tire loose and did not take care of that (. 2 seconds fix) and when I picked it up receiving did not mention a word, but when I asked a simple question about some services denied. Here is the answer. “ I ask you if there was something else”? Really? You supposed to call and ask not assume. my biggest issue since I bought it is a low tire pressure indicator piping up on every start. Very disappointed! Not to mention that the oil change was extremely pricy. More

I have been looking for a truck to purchase for about a year. I had been waiting for a New Toyota Tundra and made a deposit out of state to purchase one. The Tundra and Ram and the same coil springs in the back so this I figured would be a good alternative. I called and spoke to Jordan Boggs and he invited me down to go over some options of different trucks he had on the lot. When I arrived he pulled 4 sets of keys to look at the differences between them and also go over the options of the models. I felt that this was a great service for someone who just started to look at trucks and was stuck on a brand. The trucks on the lot were nice but did not have all the options I wanted so I ordered a new truck on the 4th of June and it came in on 14th of July built with all the options and color I wanted! A big thank you Jordan for your support during these crazy times and I love the Ram!!! More

Fantastic Service for flat tire. Got the exact tire I requested to fix a flat. Inspected the rim to ensure it was still in good shape and replaced tire. Also I waited there and drank 3 cups of coffee (good stuff) and they fixed the tire right before closing. Thanks again. I terrible with names but had two guys help me at the desk and one mechanic, all great to talk to, polite, knowledgeable, and fast to complete the tasks. You need to get more Challengers on the lot! Took my Ram 1500 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Told the person on the phone that I would bring my own oil. They changed the oil again but did not change the oil filter. They did not do the tire rotation. I was told they were too busy to it that day and I would have to make another appointment to get the tires rotated. Very disappointed. More
