Second time there, ( and last) if I went back is because I was invited by the dealership to have my Promaster checked out and oil change and tire rotation. First of all the receiving person has a very nada attitude (second time, same attitude ) to keep going, how come the technician noticed a stem in the rear tire loose and did not take care of that (. 2 seconds fix) and when I picked it up receiving did not mention a word, but when I asked a simple question about some services denied. Here is the answer. “ I ask you if there was something else”? Really? You supposed to call and ask not assume. my biggest issue since I bought it is a low tire pressure indicator piping up on every start. Very disappointed! Not to mention that the oil change was extremely pricy. More
