Had an appointment to repair a busted out window on front drivers side at 0730 hours. The mechanic did not remove all the broken glass from the drivers side inner door panel. Also, I had to replace window m drivers side at 0730 hours. The mechanic did not remove all the broken glass from the drivers side inner door panel. Also, I had to replace window modular. The mechanic broke the switches that rolled up and down the drivers and passenger side windows. I noticed the broken switches when exiting Dodge Auto Nation garage. Finally, I was punctual for my 0730 appointment and I was told it would take a couple of hours for repair. However, evidently, the mechanic assigned to my vehicle was working another vehicle that needed immediate repars. As a result, my Dodge Ram drivers side window was not repaired until 1200 hours. I am not very satisfied with the mechanics work, nor with the customer service. More
I bought a RAM TRX 2021 last July at this dealership. The car has 16K miles and they have performed all the services so far. Today the check engine light came on. I spoke with two people at their service department. The first person told me he didn't know what i should do and proceeded to transfer me to another person. I explained again the message I had on the dashboard (along with the check engine light)...and told them I was worried and didn't want to ruin the truck. The second person told me I had to go online to make an appointment, but they wouldn't be able to help me for 3 or 4 weeks. He also offered for me to bring the truck and leave it there until they had time to take a look at it ("but no promises, it should take 3-4 weeks"). Please note I paid $100K for this truck. I asked, what happens if the engine breaks? - he said not to worry since the warranty would cover it (seriously, he said that). I am beyond disappointed and suggest you consider these factors before you purchase a car there. I will contact RAM directly and file a complain. There are too many people who put so much effort for cars like this to be competing in this market - it is so frustrating at so many levels. Beware. If you know another RAM dealer in the Denver area, go there. More
We ordered our charger on April 7, we knew it would take a while, fortunately it was only about three weeks late, which is way better than other stories we have heard.
