31 days after driving my 2016 vehicle off the lot it is no running. The check engine light is on due to sensors and a dirty air filter and it is overheating where it says not to drive it. Dealer service center said they could not get it in to look at it until mid to late August. Vehicle should not have problems like this from big dealer this soon after purchasing. Now I cant drive only look at a nice car till aug? More

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE— Picked up my Ram 2500 after routine maintenance and tire rotation the tire pressures were all off, the fluids weren’t topped off no oil change sticker. But wait it gets b after routine maintenance and tire rotation the tire pressures were all off, the fluids weren’t topped off no oil change sticker. But wait it gets better while driving home tire pressure light came on so I stopped and air up the tire. Unfortunately by the time I got home the tire was pretty much flat. I started to change the tire and that’s when I noticed the right rear tire wasn’t tightened down. (See video). This is alarming for several reasons because if they would’ve driven the vehicle after the tires were off, like a dealership it supposed to, they would have realized the tire pressure light was still on. Unfortunately , this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this dealership. The previous time I took it here and had the oil changed, there was so much oil leaking after the oil change I had to bring the truck back. I have bought many vehicles here over the years and will not be returning. I think what bothers me the most about this is the lack of sincerity and urgency on the service department and dealership as a whole. More
