Service is good, they can definitely improve time on waiting. Also when i called they had my car as a different model/make and even though i called twice so they can fix they still got it wrong and my a waiting. Honestly at first when I saw how busy the dealer was it made me uneasy, I thought I wouldn’t be treated good or appropriately. I was completely wrong, Al was the salesman that was helping finding my new ca made me uneasy, I thought I wouldn’t be treated good or appropriately. I was completely wrong, Al was the salesman that was helping finding my new car. He was by far the coolest and most experienced person I’ve ever met when going to buy a car. Very patient and listened to everything I wanted in a car. Honestly, if I were to buy another car I would want Al to be the salesman again. Everyone was very professional. Only wish we could’ve driven the car more before purchasing but used cars are hard to find in that price range. . After doing some research, ended up returning it due to recalls and complaints on that particular model vehicle. Again they were professional through the whole process. I have to wait 5 to 10 business days for the refund but I expect that will occur when they said it would given how professional the team was. Would definitely do business with them again. More

It took about 1. 5 m9nths to get my truck in for repair, Once in, it took close to 2.5 weeks to get my truck repaired. I'm not saying My warranty rep did a poor job, 5 m9nths to get my truck in for repair, Once in, it took close to 2.5 weeks to get my truck repaired. I'm not saying My warranty rep did a poor job, maybe it was the best that autonation dealership in centennial could do, but what I was really disappointed in was that my ball hitch was stolen from my truck.
