Service is good, they can definitely improve time on waiting. Also when i called they had my car as a different model/make and even though i called twice so they can fix they still got it wrong and my a waiting. While "some" of the people at this dealership. . and in the Service Dept do care and are competent.. others seem generally disinterested in quality customer service.. and in their jobs in general.. . and in the Service Dept do care and are competent.. others seem generally disinterested in quality customer service.. and in their jobs in general.. And the phone system there is an absolute disaster.. The "only way" to set up a Vehicle Service appointment.. or check status on a current Service Work Order - is to go there in person... Their voice and call routing system is an endless loop of insipid recordings.. and numerical selection options that never connect to live persons.. More
