Thousands of Employees would lose their jobs. Exact similar situation with Sears first and then K-Mart, Burdines in Orlando, Circuit City in Boca Raton Florida, and other smaller businesses. CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE will always be the key to Great Sucess. My service writer, Chad Rowley was outstanding. I really appreciated the great service. Took my truck in for all the recalls it has on it, turns out Ram hasn’t released any fixes yet. So they checked the truck and changed a couple air filters. I asked if they had been able to fix the check engine light or at least clear the codes and was told the codes were cleared, check engine light was no longer on. When I go to pick it up, the check engine light is on so I go back inside to talk to one of the service advisors and he checks the paperwork that shows they ran the OBDII, had the codes for things that could have been fixed and hoped a software update would fix the check engine light. I’m sure if it’s just pure laziness, incompetence or what that plagues this dealership and service center but I would avoid this place. They clearly cannot do the simplest things right. The second service advisor tried to be helpful but there wasn’t much for him to do since he wasn’t involved in the first place. More
