They got me in quickly for a LOF and tire rotate and performed well. But, Since my service agreement ran out on my previous oil change I was planning on buying another. The price they quoted seemed ver performed well. But, Since my service agreement ran out on my previous oil change I was planning on buying another. The price they quoted seemed very high so I asked what a single oil change and tire rotate cost and they stated the prices have gone up twice recently which is now approximately $180 plus fees and taxes just for a Durango R/T. Luckily when I was online scheduling my appointment they price quoted was a lot less which they honored. While waiting I did make a few calls and found other dealers are not near that expensive. So it is very possible I’ll will be looking elsewhere for my future service or do it myself. More

First off I decided to by the Dakota on a Friday from 1000 miles away. They told me if I left a deposit they could only hold it until Saturday. I couldn’t wire the full payment until Monday. They said ca 1000 miles away. They told me if I left a deposit they could only hold it until Saturday. I couldn’t wire the full payment until Monday. They said call Saturday, put a deposit and I they could hold it until Monday so I could make full payment. I called Saturday and the told me I can’t put a deposit because somebody else was looking at it. A xxxxxxxx move because they knew I was buying it. Called later and said I could have it. Should have said no. I pay a deposit and wired the balance Monday. Because I was on vacation in Arizona I couldn’t pick it up until the following Tuesday. I wrote down and specifically asked several questions writing down the salesman’s answers. When I got to the dealership the truck was filthy. I looked around it finding problems I was not told about. I specifically asked about paint problems. I was told there were only some hail dents. He lied. The top of the tailgate paint was down to bare metal. On the hood someone had taken a key and scribbled down to metal. Also 2 other bad scratches. I should have walked but I was 1000 miles from home so it would have been difficult. I decided to live with it. I sat there for over 2.5 hours waiting for someone to do paperwork for me. After 9 days paid in full you would think they would have it ready. While I waited he washed the truck. When I left about 100 miles later the check engine light came on. The recliner for the drivers seat doesn’t work. The CD player is junk. At a stop on my way home I walked around the truck. The hail dents were around the whole vehicle. Not just the hood. I was lied to about that too. It will cost me about 1000.00 to repair the paint damage. 150.00 to find out what the check engine light means plus whatever to repair the problem. The hail dents would cost a fortune. Him washing the car after I walked around it was a scam. All I get is an apology several times. No move at all to make things right. I should have just walked but now I’m looking at a minimum of 2500.00 to repair what I was told is fine. As a collector I have bought numerous automobiles site unseen across the county. This is the worst transaction I ever encountered. After 10 days I still have not received the title. I will now have to pay a fee to the state for not transferring it in my name within days from the sale. I feel totally scammed. I have proof of all of this from notes, pictures and emails DO NOT deal with this dealership More
Took my vehicle in because it was making a weird noise that was coming from the engine. Turns out my water pump was loose and needed to be replaced. These guys had my vehicle fixed the same day and were f that was coming from the engine. Turns out my water pump was loose and needed to be replaced. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The time we spent during the purchase process was longer than expected. The used vehicle was not fully cleaned even though it had been in their possession for a month. There was a bit of pressure to buy which was expected, but they did allow us 24 hours to think on the vehicle and we extended that to 48 hours when we indicated we would purchase. If I had to do over again I would ask to drive it overnight to better examine the vehicle without a sales person in the car with us on a test drive and driving on roads we would like to test on. We were contacted by email and phone about 5 times during those 48 hours both by managers and sales which felt a bit much to me. The price was non-negotiable and added taxes above the "out the door" price. They did offer 2 free gas fill-ups totaling about $50. When they ask if there's anything they can do to get your business and do not negotiate price, what exactly do they mean? If I had more time I have a list I would have put forth to see what happened.
