Chad, my service manager, did a great job of "upselling" my oil change...while saving me money in the long run! The oil change/tire rotation package was a great idea, and even though I had been here many t my oil change...while saving me money in the long run! The oil change/tire rotation package was a great idea, and even though I had been here many times, I'd never heard of it until Chad was who I interacted with. He also showed me other ways to save money, but of course it benefitted RAM Arapahoe, too! Loyalty runs both ways when you make it a win-win! More
