Hard to schedule. Phone calls went to voicemail continually. Couldn't schedule an oil change and recall service with the same person. The coupon was for 5 quarts. My truck takes 7 quarts. No problem - accept that the way they figured the cost of the additional 2 quarts was $19.41 PER QUART!!! Come on -- we know you buy it in bulk and I can go to the store and buy the best for about $6 per quart. I know there will be some markup but almost $20 per quart. They had to unplug my running boards from the ODBI, but did not plug them back in when done. I had to go back in to have it completed. No conveniences in the waiting room - water, coffee, tea etc. Basically a very mediocre experience. I wanted to like this dealership for the service because I a good experience with the GM during the buying process and when I had to cancel my order I promised him I would use his service center. Unfortunately I will probably not be going back. More

Went in for a few minor issues with my 22 1500. One issue i have is that a tow hook has started rusting. When i brought this up to my service advisor i was told i needed to contact Ram Corporate One issue i have is that a tow hook has started rusting. When i brought this up to my service advisor i was told i needed to contact Ram Corporate to get that resolved. In my 20+ years of owning cars i have never once had to contact an auto manufacturer, this is the whole point of the dealer network at least i thought. Another issue i'm having is an annoying squeak coming from the front left side of the truck it is very noticeable if you drive the car and hit any real bumps at all. I was told everything was tight and nothing is wrong with the suspension. If i were the tech i think i would have taken a little more time to try and diagnose the issue instead of just giving up. Finally, in my experiences with dealers for cars i've owned anytime i have taken a vehicle in where a technican actually touched the car there were a list of simple things that get checked: fluid levels, tire pressure, etc. These things were not done and really gives me great concern over the level of detail technicians and service advisors are putting into these vehicles. Scheduled warranty work. Had to schedule the appointment a month out because of their schedule. Brought my truck in on the day of the appointment and they told me they didn’t have the part. It cost me a hundred dollars in child care to keep an appointment that didn’t solve my problem. When I asked about rescheduling the appointment to get the warranty work done they told me I’d have to just “keep calling back to see if I have the part.” The service guys are nice enough but I’m pretty unimpressed with how hard it is to get warranty work done there. More
