When our pickup was ready. We were informed that it has to go through quality control, it took 3 days because of the weekend. Picked up later that day came home the vehicle would not lock, the cargo bed didn't align with the cab. Back again, the locking issue resolved cab was another issue. The repair coordinator."Toyota's cab always off by three millimeters." This was off by 18 millimeters. Needless to say, they were not able correct the issue, the excuse makes Toyota's quality of new cars questionable. The shops ability to perform quality work and inspection highly questionable. Two people had to make trips back and forth, then had to wait for the front desk person to get done playing with their phone, Excellent! Thanks More
