I rarely give 5 Stars for any vendor but AutoNation Collision Center Oviedo went above and beyond my expectations (which are high). The Staff was wonderful and the repairs made the vehicle appear like Collision Center Oviedo went above and beyond my expectations (which are high). I’m giving this place three stars because they did fix our car nicely. However, I am only giving three stars bc the customer service rep Teri, was so rude! I’m not sure if she is overwhelmed or what the b our car nicely. However, I am only giving three stars bc the customer service rep Teri, was so rude! I’m not sure if she is overwhelmed or what the back story is, but we were greeted with a question, “who is handling your case” and since I didn’t know the answer, I got an eye roll and talked down to the rest of our visit. Auto Nation needs a new face to handle their clients, bc she was awful!! More

I have used AutoNation Collision Center on two occasions. Both times the cars were repaired to as good as new condition in an expedient manner. Though being professional and efficient, this team is also ordial and they put customer satisfaction on a higher level than any other service center we've dealt with.
