I chose this dealership because they are known throughout the country and I expected my car to look like it just came off the assembly line. Instead I got a car that only looks good from 50ft away at 50mph. AutoNation blamed progressive for making them buy parts from China. I think AutoNation could have gotten OEM parts for the $5100 they received from Progressive. But that would cut into their profit margin and that couldn't happen. I wish they would let me post the pictures of what they called a finished car. The girl handling my car got busted in a lie when I noticed the washer fluid line wasn't connected under the hood. She told me it must've came in that way because they did the hood repair while it was on the car. Only problem with that answer was the fact she showed me the repaired hood while it was on a table 200ft away from the car. If she lied about that what else did she lie about? Did they really replace the AC condenser? Did they really try to get more money from progressive to get own parts?
