I have been to this shop twice in two years and am extremely pleased with their work. My bad rating is due to the amount of times (5 times)I had to return to have work corrected. I am in no way a picky person so the reasons for returning were very legitimate. I had dents that were not addressed, scratches that were done by the shop and on the second to the last visit the passenger guides were not installed correctly. The person I dealt with was very apologetic but I now am of the opinion that the “per labor/mechanical hour” rate is not justified. More
