The repair quality was very good. The lead time (from Monday 8AM to next Tue 10AM) was longer than the shop preliminary estimation (5 business days). The lead time (from Monday 8AM to next Tue 10AM) was longer than the shop preliminary estimation (5 business days). More
My F150 was involved in an accident that caused a good bit of cosmetic damage. I'm VERY picky and ALL of the bodywork was excellent-it came back 100% as good as it was the day I bought it. In fact, bit of cosmetic damage. I'm VERY picky and ALL of the bodywork was excellent-it came back 100% as good as it was the day I bought it. In fact, the spray in liner and the tonneau cover are both better than it was before the accident. Justin was great to work with throughout the process. HIGHLY recommend! More

I entrusted them with repairing my brand new vehicle, which suffered damage to the tires, axel, suspensions, and other components after hitting a curb on a snowy day. To my dismay, it took them a staggering three months to gather the necessary parts and complete the repairs. Upon picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed a crack in the windshield and inquired about it. Their response was both surprising and disheartening. They claimed that the crack was already present when the vehicle was brought in by the towing truck and insisted that my insurance should have addressed it. I find it incredulous that such a significant crack could go unnoticed during their repair process. They made follow up call every week to let me know on the repair but they have NEVER mentioned anything about the windshield. It leads me to believe that they intentionally neglected to mention it, likely to avoid any involvement in a potential dispute between myself and the insurance company. They advised me to contact my insurance once again and request the reopening of the closed claim. After a long and arduous process, I finally had my windshield fixed last week. However, due to the claim being closed, I had to navigate back through the closed claim, only to have them refuse coverage. Their solution was for me to open comprehensive coverage from my policy to cover the repair expenses. In summary, my experience with this body shop can be accurately described as confusing, delayed, filled with excuses, and marked by negligence. Choosing this establishment was a regrettable waste of my valuable time, and I strongly caution anyone considering leaving their vehicle in their care to seek assistance elsewhere More
