Brought my Renegade in for recall service, and the service manager I worked with was very nice and made me feel at ease and welcome. I was a little surprised that the dealership couldn't/didn't offer service manager I worked with was very nice and made me feel at ease and welcome. I was a little surprised that the dealership couldn't/didn't offer me some type of loaner as I wasn't able to have a vehicle for a entire week, but I managed to make it work. Just a suggestion, but management might want to consider situations like this as opportunities to help generate excitement in service customers to purchase a newer vehicle from the dealership. More

We would like to be able to drive our Wagoneer that is LESS THAN A YEAR OLD, but not being able to get it serviced when there's clearly a warranty issue with the rotors makes us wary of driving it on any long road trips.
