Recommended by someone that AutoNation West does a great job. After my first visit I have to agree. Took our Jeep Wrangler in for 2 issues. One was a very sporadic issue with the Radio. AutoNation repl job. After my first visit I have to agree. Took our Jeep Wrangler in for 2 issues. One was a very sporadic issue with the Radio. AutoNation replaced both items under warranty, therefore getting to a conclusion on both issues. The intake was done by a knowledgeable person and was quick and easy. Work completed within the communicated timeframe. I will continue taking our Jeep to AutoNation West. More
Although they are very heavily booked, and I had to schedule a couple months out, I was greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staff. They finished my transmission service quicker than expected. As always, Steve in the service department gave me outstanding service for my recent oil change. They are exceptionally busy, but Steve fit me in in my requested timeframe, greeted me with a hug, list outstanding service for my recent oil change. They are exceptionally busy, but Steve fit me in in my requested timeframe, greeted me with a hug, listened to and checked out my concerns, and wrapped up my service quickly. I always receive exceptional service from this department. Another service rep recognized me when I pulled up and made sure Steve knew I had arrived. This team, including Kevin the Service Manager, know me and treat me well. I value and appreciate the relationship I have with these guys ☺️ More
