The Service Department at Auto Nation Chrysler Jeep West is far and above any other service department I have ever dealt with. Kevin Ramer and his crew are all 5 Star Service Writers. Every time I have brought in vehicles for service or repairs the work has been done right the first time, and done on time. (The mechanics are on point.) The service drive has a honestly welcoming atmosphere. For perspective, I have owned Chevy, Ford, Infinity, BMW and Audi. None of those service departments come even close to the repeated excellent service I have received from Kevin and his crew. I highly recommend! More

The service dept technicians have always taken great care of my Jeeps. Steven Johnson recently resolved a minor service issue which was simply communication. I am in the process of buying a new or used Jeep and I noticed a beautiful new white Sahara in parking lot and he said it was his. Lucky for me because I am specifically looking for a Sahara! I had lots of questions and he took his time to personally answer them all. When I finally do find my dream Sahara I will definitely trust its care to the service dept team.
