Mike and his team helped coordinate with my Insurance company estimates, new and used parts, what is best and helped as best as they could without having to get me involved. I have purchased my last two company estimates, new and used parts, what is best and helped as best as they could without having to get me involved. This dealership is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The sales guy Aaron Mitchell and manager Alex treated me and my daughter like trash on the street. We went on 04/21/2022 to purchase a Chevy Malibu. When we got into the car to test drive it, it was filthy with dust, dirt and hair everywhere. When we turned the car on, the first thing we noticed was that the tire pressure light was on. We test drove the vehicle anyway. We then noticed that it took a minute for the AC to kick in. No biggie. Aaron reassured us that he would have it checked out by the service department. No problem. We got the car. Five days later which was Monday, 04/25/2022, the check engine light came on and the display screen did not come on. It was black. We called and emailed Aaron to let him what was going on. He responded back to me via text message to let me know that they were still working on getting the 90 day warranty approved. Never heard back from him on Monday. Tuesday, we drove the car out to the dealership to talk with them in person. As soon as we walked in the energy changed. Aaron's demeanor and attitude was condescending and sarcastic. We stood at the front receptionist desk for 15 minutes before she said for us to have a seat. After about 10 minutes Aaron comes over and says that his manager Alex was going to go run a diagnostic on the car to see what comes up. After Alex comes back in he informs Aaron what the diagnostic read. According to the manager Alex it read something about airflow filter. However, the check in light was on when we pulled up into the parking lot. I asked Aaron what that meant and he got smart with me and said he would get his manager Alex to come over to explain. I then asked if we could just get a different car he then said no that we were past the 5 day 250 mile deadline to exchange the car. He then walks away to go get Alex. Alex took is sweet time coming over to talk to us about the airflow error on the diagnostic machine. He even stops to talk to a couple of the other salesmen laughing and joking around before he finally makes his way to where we were sitting at. When he finally comes over I politely to the keys out of his hand and walked out. I am big on customer service. I deal with all walks of life every day. I treat everyone with respect. I feel that the customer service showed by Aaron and Alex was racist and male chauvinist at its finest. They took advantage of two women and violated our trust. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More
