Quality service provided in a family environment. Our service writer kept my wife informed of all activity on my jeep Mojave while I was at work. Having the service technician send a walk around vide Our service writer kept my wife informed of all activity on my jeep Mojave while I was at work. Having the service technician send a walk around video with the jeep up on the lift was special as he pointed out the status of all systems. We live in Golden and appreciate the support provided by our local jeep dealer. This next year my wife is looking to downsize from her jeep grand Cherokee L to a 4 door wrangler(possibly hybrid). As mature adults on a fixed income, we have confidence that our local dealership will continue providing us with the guidance necessary to make an informed decision while providing the best value for our dollar. The Golden dealership’s management team is NOT about making a huge profit on a one time purchase, but creating a sustainable relationship for decades to come. More

Steve was very helpful and was aware of my short time frame. He kept me informed of the progress of the diagnosis and repair. I got my Jeep back earlier than expected. Even my engine was steam cleaned frame. He kept me informed of the progress of the diagnosis and repair. I got my Jeep back earlier than expected. Even my engine was steam cleaned and looks new. More
Service writer was nice. No problem with her. Brought my 2021 Wrangler for transmission problem. I brought it to a Jeep dealer expecting expertise on a Jeep product. For a $ No problem with her. Brought my 2021 Wrangler for transmission problem. I brought it to a Jeep dealer expecting expertise on a Jeep product. For a $199 Evaluation fee I was given two options to fix it. Spend $119.95 for a software upgrade or $8700 to replace the transmission. I spent the $119.95 for the software update and it did not fix it. But I was still required to pay for it. I paid $199 + $119.95 for nothing. My only option then was to replace the entire transmission for $8700??? This vehicle has 70,000 miles and the transmission needs replaced? The dealer cannot fix the transmission? Only option is replacement? I have been buying cars long enough to remember when dealers actually fixed things instead of just replacement. So much for the "expertise" of taking it to a Jeep dealer. I will be taking it to transmission shops to see if they can actually fix the car. I have purchased 6 Wranglers since 1995 and this will probably be my last. I am a very unhappy Jeep customer. More
