The Autonation Service Team were easy to work with. Scheduled the appointment on-line and they were ready for me when I arrived. The service coordinator explained everything that they were doing for my 15K service. Got all the items done and called me when the car was ready. The service items were done correctly, and the documentation was complete for my records. I have a maintenance contract with them, which I am usually not inclined to have, but this has worked extremely well. They just take care of the vehicle and I wouldn't go back to the old way of vehicle maintenance again. Service is great and the contract is well worth the price. More

Over the course of the past 7 months (starting OCT 2021), I have had issues with my 2020 WIlly's transmission. It started after an oil change at the Southwest Jeep Dealership. I took it to Jeep West to have I have had issues with my 2020 WIlly's transmission. It started after an oil change at the Southwest Jeep Dealership. I took it to Jeep West to have it looked at separately. They told me it was a software update that needed to be done. I also asked for my driver side window button to be looked at as it had never worked properly. When I go my Jeep back a day later, nothing was fixed. I took my Jeep back and was told because it is a warranty issue, they have steps to go through to fix it. The next step would be to replace some parts in the transmission. I had to leave my jeep for a few days while parts were ordered and installed. Again I asked for my window to be fixed. When I got my Jeep back, the window was not fixed and the transmission was not fixed either. In fact, not a single mile was put on the jeep while at the dealership - showing me they did not even test drive it to verify the repair. I drove less than 3 miles when the transmission light came back on. I immediately returned to the dealership where they told me that they just forgot to reset the light. They assured me it was fixed. Fast forward a couple weeks and my transmission goes into limp mode. I drive it BACK to the dealership again and the tech barely acknowledged my existence. I was told they would get to it when they could and no, a rental/replacement car was not available. I would just have to wait. After a day or two, Paul (the ONLY service advisor who has helped at all) called me with a rental replacement and news that my transmission would have to be completely replaced. It was on order, but would not be in until late April. If it weren't for Paul - and that fact that it's not possible - I would give this a ZERO star rating. I will NEVER recommend or go back to Jeep West on Colfax for ANY of my business. They are rude and condescending. I finally got my Jeep back in late April 2022. It does appear to be fixed, and the window is also fixed. Again, Paul was the ONLY service tech to help me in any fashion. He deserves a raise for doing what every other tech should do. Otherwise, stay away. More
