Had issues with the purchase process and when I had to take the vehicle in for service, there was miscommunication between my sales person and the technicians, which resulted in a lot of frustration. I did go back to dealership because my daughter was looking to purchase a new car; they did not have the car she saw online in stock - they tried to push her into a different vehicle and made her feel bad. Mike D was on vacation, tried on line couldn’t get a time , left message for a returned call to schedule service, no call back!
