My 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee was in to the dealer to resolve problem with the AC. Paul called with a detail explanation of the problem, proposed resolution and cost. Had issues with the purchase process and when I had to take the vehicle in for service, there was miscommunication between my sales person and the technicians, which resulted in a lot of frustration. Whe take the vehicle in for service, there was miscommunication between my sales person and the technicians, which resulted in a lot of frustration. When I took the vehicle back in, I was not treated very well & service took tice as long as was communicated. I did go back to dealership because my daughter was looking to purchase a new car; they did not have the car she saw online in stock - they tried to push her into a different vehicle and made her feel bad. More
