Danielle was very good about keeping me informed on the progress of my car. The only problem I had was that they neglected to give me back my old tires. I had to return to get them. I wrote a less than stellar review based on one visit that was t great. I got a decent response, the head service manager met me personally for my second visit. (I bought two cars from here). Big surprise, the second visit did not go well either. Unbelievable how these ppl do business. I was told they were replacing my shocks, had to order because apparently there’s no part stock at a service center. Still haven’t gotten the call to tell me parts are in (3 weeks). I was told I’d get a tank of gas and to bring my truck in “empty” to take advantage. I got my truck back empty and had to make an emergency stop to avoid running out and no one knew what I was talking about when I brought it up. Matt, the field manager, was, of course, gone for the day. More

The only complaint I have is I came in for an oil change and it takes two hours. I’m familiar with oil changes and I feel an hour should be plenty of time when you have an appointment.
