First impressions were not good. First time jeep owner so took it AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West for my very first service because I heard they were very good. Received a voicemail that morning to call my service guy back. I called 3 times plus a text and never received a response back. By the nd of the day, I "assumed" my car was done so I arrived to see if it was ready and it was. I asked why I was never notified and the guy at the counter wasn't sure. I received an oil change and told I had a blown subwoofer that was ordered and someone would call me. Still no call. I asked the service guy if it is rare for a subwoofer to blow on a car with 8k miles... the response was "we don't make the cars, we repair them." A bit disappointing experience for my very first time there! More

I have 2019 Cherokee purchased in 2020. A few months after purchase check engine light came on, after visit in Advance error showed cam shaft error. A few day service was scheduled in Autonation Jeep Arapahoe, service department claimed it was only the battery (hardly believable but I'm not an engine specialist), after taking a road trip in 2021 same error showed up, took it to same service center, not enough service rep was completely unprofessional, they had my car for a week, they apparently replaced couple of parts, stating that the issues has been fixed. Fast forward to 2022. Another road trip, another check engine, same error yet again. This time I decided to call AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West. I had a pleasure of speaking with gentleman who is service center supervisor. Dropped the car of the same day for the next day repair, service center rep Mr. Danny was very pleasant, but he also was very informative, while engine specialist (Mr. Kevin) was diagnosing my car. About a week and a half later I have gotten my car back, fingers crossed it is fixed up. The amount of parts replaced was insane, not only cam shaft and fixed but bunch of parts directly contributing to cam shaft, they have also found an oil leak in rear of the engine, this was also taken care off. After return home I went through the "discharge" paper work I was impressed and amazed with their attention to detail and great service and even better communication. Considering that Jeep Chrysler West did an awesome job, and even if the same error shows up again I am more than glad take to back to them over the service center on Arapahoe Road, as at least I know my car is in good hands, with staff who actually cares to fix the issues. To bad 5 stars is maximum. More
