First impressions were not good. First time jeep owner so took it AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West for my very first service because I heard they were very good. Dropped of the vehicle First time jeep owner so took it AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West for my very first service because I heard they were very good. Dropped of the vehicle the night before. Received a voicemail that morning to call my service guy back. I called 3 times plus a text and never received a response back. By the nd of the day, I "assumed" my car was done so I arrived to see if it was ready and it was. I asked why I was never notified and the guy at the counter wasn't sure. I received an oil change and told I had a blown subwoofer that was ordered and someone would call me. Still no call. I asked the service guy if it is rare for a subwoofer to blow on a car with 8k miles... the response was "we don't make the cars, we repair them." A bit disappointing experience for my very first time there! More
